How do I begin playing?
We have made a very easy to follow step by step guide for you! Click on Quick Start and start winning!
I have problems logging in.
Make sure you type capital letters where necessary, and leave no spare spaces.
(e.g. Your User Name is CaSe and Password is SenSitiVe).
In addition, be sure to enter your login information where it says "Member Login" and not "Join Here".
I forgot my username and \ or password. How can I retrieve it?
Please click where it says "Forgot Password" in the login area. You will then be asked to enter your email address. Click "Continue" and your login information will be sent to you automatically.
I'm having problems retrieving my username and \ or password.
In case you couldn't retrieve your login information via the site, please contact our customer support, at service@cscasinobar.com.
For security reasons and to help you regain access to your account as quickly as possible, all requests for help regarding login information must be sent to this address only. Once you provide all the correct information as requested, your username and password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
How can I update my account's details?
Simply go to the Cahier and click on the "Account Info" button on the menu to the left. At the bottom of this page click "Edit Details". After updating your details, enter your password and click "Update".
What is the difference between "Practice Mode" and "Money Mode"?
"Practice Mode" allows you to play betting on vChips. This way you can get to know Casino Bar's games prior to playing for chips that value for real dollars.
When playing in "Money Mode" your chips are valued for real dollars. Therefore you may enjoy the great variety of promotions and bonuses we offer!
