Why can't I login?
e.g. Your User Name is BaHt and Password is AceG.
Make sure you type capital letters where necessary, and leave no spare spaces.

Why can't I deposit?
Deposit problems may occur due to a variety of reasons. A common reason for not being able to deposit, is a cash out status which is still in pending mode - "Process" (5 banking days from the cash out request). In order to make a deposit you ought to reverse your cash out. For more details please go to "Financials".
